Fabienne Sandoval

Fabienne Sandoval is an award-winning author and life coach. Her first book, Twenty8: The Age of Power, was awarded Best Self-Published Spiritual Book of the Year 2019 in the Soul & Spirit Book Awards. Her works have been featured in a number of publications including Kindred Spirit Magazine, Vegan Life Magazine and Mike Dooley's The Universe Talks.

Fabienne teaches busy, stressed out, professional women the secrets to transforming their lives through restoring their health, power and purpose with her 5-step Elevate coaching programme.

She is the creator of Learning How To Love, a 10-day course which is featured on the Insight Timer mediation platform.

Fabienne is currently working on her sequel, Thirty: The Age of Love, where she shares her journey on learning how to love.

Karren Cook

Karren has been practicing yoga for around 15 years in some shape or form. After having her first baby she realised that she had to invest in herself to ensure she could show up more effectively for her family. Throughout this time period yoga became such a treat and having a growing family, as well as a demanding job in the city, it became an essential part of her life. So much so that she decided to train as a yoga teacher in 2015 with the world-renowned Katy Appleton. Before this training she really saw yoga as lovely way to move the body, but throughout this intensive course it became so much more. Once this box was opened, she found it impossible to shut and then went on to immerse herself fully into the world of yoga and teaching.

The style of yoga Karren teaches is Vinyasa flow, which means linking postures together to form short sequences that can be constantly changed and played around with. She prides herself on creating new classes each which link breath, body and spirit so that anyone attending will learn more about works for their own individual sense of self.

Loraine Midda MBE

Keen to change behaviour in the workplace, Loraine’s career, creating motivating programmes engaging individuals & teams at all levels, using a variety of expertise & skills has inspired others on their self-awareness journey.

A qualified Mindfulness Association teacher, Loraine has delivered numerous Mindfulness programmes across Parliament; working with MP’s, Peers, their staff, in addition, staff across the whole of Parliament.

Planning, preparing, taking every opportunity to continually experiment with self-development Loraine has reached this point; Living in the moment, Engaging Mindfulness. Working with the wisdom of the ageing process Loraine is currently exploring how Mindfulness can assist with this often-overlooked area of self-care.

Awarded an MBE in 2017 for services to Parliament & Charity Services for Haven House Children’s Hospice, Loraine says; “It is extremely humbling to have been awarded an MBE for doing things that I love”.
